At TheRetroSnap, we want you to be completely satisfied with your vintage-inspired electronics. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the electronics in their original packaging, ensuring all cables, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a refund.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our technicians inspect the device for functionality, we will process your refund to your original payment method or ship your replacement within 5 business days.
